An Epsilon Zeta chapter tradition that offers an annual series of etiquette classes, mentoring opportunities, and fun events for high school girls (better known as “Iota Gems”) in the local St. Thomas community. Each season ends with a formal program and dance showcase where the Gems, their escorts and “little sisters” are able to demonstrate all that they have learned throughout the year.
